About me:

I have been a group fitness instructor since 1990. I love what I do. So what can someone who has never been to a class expect at their first session? "To smile the entire time, and to experience music from Latin America and all over the world including salsa, merengue, belly dancing, reggaeton, hip-hop, cumbia and even flamenco". The beat of the music keeps you going and inspires you to want to move and shake your hips. If you like to have fun, you'll love Zumba!

  • Qualifications:
  • <b>Zumba Gold&reg;</b><br /> Licensed to teach specially designed Zumba&reg; classes for the active older adult or deconditioned participant.
  • <b>Zumba&reg; Basics 2</b><br /> Licensed to teach regular Zumba&reg; classes with a focus on more specialty rhythms: belly dance, flamenco, tango and samba.
